Quotes and authorisation

All quotes are based on the fault identified at the time of inspection and are valid for 14 days. Additional work discovered during a repair will be quoted separately and only carried out with your approval.

Diagnostic fees

A diagnostic fee may apply where fault finding is required. This is disclosed before work begins.

Parts

We fit genuine or OEM-equivalent parts. Customer-supplied parts may be fitted at our discretion but carry no warranty from us.

Workmanship warranty

Our workmanship is warranted for the period stated on your invoice. Parts carry the warranty offered by their manufacturer or supplier.

Payment and collection

Payment is due on completion, prior to collection, unless a written account arrangement exists. Vehicles left beyond 14 days after completion may incur storage charges.

Liability

Vehicles are left at the owner's risk. We take reasonable care but are not liable for loss or damage to items left inside a vehicle.
