Everything we do happens at 23 Sixth Street, Industrial, Polokwane. Customers regularly travel to us from Tzaneen, Giyani, Thohoyandou and the wider Venda area, Makhado and Louis Trichardt, Mokopane, Lebowakgomo and Modimolle, usually because specialist Mercedes-Benz diagnostic capability is not available closer to home.
Planning a trip in from out of town
If you are driving a distance to reach us, phone ahead. We will book a slot that gives us the diagnostic time your car needs on the day, and we will be realistic with you about whether the work can be finished while you wait or whether the vehicle needs to stay over. Where a part has to be ordered, we would rather tell you that on the phone than after you have already made the trip.
Getting a diagnosis before you travel
Describe the symptoms clearly when you call: what the car does, when it does it, whether a warning message appears and what the message says. That often lets us tell you in advance what is likely, roughly what the range of costs looks like and what parts we should have ready before you arrive.
Long-distance driving in Limpopo
Vehicles that cover the N1 and the routes to Tzaneen, Giyani and Thohoyandou regularly work harder than a car used only around town. Before a long trip it is worth having brakes, cooling system, tyres, suspension and battery checked, and any warning light diagnosed rather than driven with. We are happy to do a pre-trip inspection while you wait.
